Architecture Design
From more than 3 decades, we have served reputed builders, organizations, city municipality & individuals to create innovative places and sensible architecture. Our firm has designed community buildings, products and green environments in the field of architecture. Our team has also put efforts to support developer to increase revenue generation through specific area calculations, vastu based functional planning and dynamic architecture facades to give building its own identity. In every built form we try to display innovation in architecture from interior to exterior.
Interior Design
Being raised in different cultural societies and having approach towards contemporary & minimalist interior essence, we are evolving design spaces through juxtaposition of interior elements and emotions to create prodigious interior environments. Interiors are constantly changing, and we recognize that effective design depends on innovative and fresh ideas. Our design solutions use space, color, materials, energy and light as tools to create healthy environments that enhance performance. At the same time we are developing our own material research to understand its user interface towards furniture to augment interaction.
Landscape Design
Landscape has come out as unique transition amongst public and private spaces in most projects. At SDC, we follow strategic planning approach to Landscape design. Zoning of functional activities takes place followed by listing of landscape elements which can address their functional requirements. Each element design's sustainability aspects are taken care in detail when it comes to selection of plants, water reuse and recycle or selection of materials.
Urban Design
Urban design is a matter of creating the right conditions to make planning system and places work together. Here in SDC, we take it as rejuvenating element in surrounding urban fabric. Key focus has been given to neighborhood functional requirements which can deal with present and future requirements. Integration of functions with design elements happen with unique merging process This process also addresses issues beyond design, such as social upliftment via proper design strategies; integration of missing social infrastructure based on surrounding spaces analysis; Public awareness via proper signage and sculptures; reducing pollution via maximum oxygen generating plants in horticulture segments.
Outsourcing Services
We have started this service since 2016, based on international experience of few members of our team. We can understand technical language and requirements. As drawings quality and details precision are key aspects of SDC, we have established a good repo with such overseas architects. We have reached a stage that we are now able to design and plan from initial stage, because we have got well-versed with International Building code (IBC) and International Fire Code (IFC).
